Woven Earth's products are made from 100% natural materials. As such, there will be some natural variation in the material. Dimensions stated are approximate.
We do not offer returns on opened merchandise, but will issue a credit, or send a replacement product at our expense, if there is a major defect in quality or craftsmanship.
Your first step in resolving product or shipping issues is to call or write us! As a small business, we pride ourselves on customer service. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction.
We may ask for you to send claimed defective products back to us, so that we may continue to improve our processes and products. If we ask you to return defective product to us, we will provide a shipping label for you to use. Do not send any product back to us without prior coordination, as we cannot accept it.
Orders in stock ship in 1-3 business days, and will arrive depending on the shipping method and carrier you choose.
Custom orders require a minimum quantity, and will be produced and shipped at the earliest time possible. Lead times depend on raw material supply, quantity ordered, and the current production schedule. Woven Earth will give you an estimated production and ship time frame for your acceptance before the order is placed.
